Replying to “How do you deal with fomo while studying?” the one about life is more fundamental because it raises the question of whether I’m in the right place/doing the right thing now

Replying to “How do people find genuine friends well into their studies?” that's some solid advice! What changed my view on making friendships is the idea that we often make friends through repeated exposure. That means seeing the same person regularly at a particular place (lectures, ASVZ classes). I realised that I shouldn't stress or overthink if I don't meet people I really get along with in the first weeks (or months) friendships need time to grow, like a tree :)

Replying to “When i started at ETH i had a lot of trouble with my living situation: Basement Rooms with no windows,...” finding a place in Zurich really can be a nightmare, especially if you don't know anyone. Until September, I didn't know where I was going to stay... Suddendly, there was an offer from JUWO and it worked out! In my case, the contract was only for a few months, but they kept postponing the start of the demolition, so I still live in the same place.
